Question about rapamycin and lipid changes

I have been reading a lot about rapamycin lately and how it inhibits mTORC1 to help with autophagy, you know, the cellular recycling process? It seems very interesting for long term health, but I am a bit nervous about the side effects.

I see many people talking about how it can raise lipids (cholesterol) in the blood. Since I am still quite new to all these longevity compounds, I worry about how to monitor this properly. Is it common to see big changes in bloodwork if you follow a weekly dose like 3 to 6 mg?

I want to be careful with my metabolic health, so I am thinking about how to approach this safely. Does anyone here do regular bloodwork to check their lipids when they use it? I am curious if you notice any difference in your energy or if you just feel the same, no?

If you have any papers or studies that show the specific impact on lipid profiles, please share them. I like to see the actual data before I decide to try anything, right? Thanks for help!
