My observations on Tesofensine and sleep quality

I have been looking into adding Tesofensine to my current routine to help with a bit of a plateau. I am currently tracking my sleep data quite closely with my wearable, and I am actually a bit nervous about the stimulant effect.

Since Tesofensine is a triple monoamine reuptake inhibitor, it affects dopamine, serotonin, and noradrenaline. For me, this sounds like it could really mess with my sleep architecture. I have noticed that when my noradrenaline is high, my resting heart rate tends to stay elevated during the night.

I am considering a very low starting dose, maybe around 0.25 mg, to see how it affects my HRV and deep sleep stages. I want to see if the appetite suppression is worth the potential insomnia. It is interesting how it targets the hypothalamus to increase metabolic rate, but I do not want to sacrifice my recovery for fat loss.

Has anyone here experienced significant sleep disruptions when using /peptides/tesofensine? I am also curious if you found that the dry mouth side effect was actually a major issue during the day.
