This article from STAT talks about how BPC-157 has huge claims but almost no published human data to back it up. It basically says most of the research is small scale or from teams that do not even show their work properly.

For what it is worth, I think they are being a bit dramatic, but they have a point. It is easy to get swept up in the hype when everyone on here says it changed their life. I have used it for a dodgy tendon and it seemed to help me get back to training faster, but I know it could just be the rehab or a placebo.

The science side is definitely messy. It feels like we are all just playing lab rats because the real clinical trials are taking ages to actually finish. Do you lot actually care that the human evidence is thin, or are we all just going to keep running it because the anecdotal results feel deadly?
