FDA warnings on telehealth GLP-1s and the safety gap

This article from US News talks about the FDA sending warning letters to several big telehealth companies. They are basically saying these platforms are marketing GLP-1s in ways that are false or misleading.
It makes me a bit nervous. I have always been cautious about the oversight (or lack of it) when getting these types of compounds online. It seems like the rush to get people on these drugs is moving way faster than the actual safety checks. In my own experience, the medical side of things often gets ignored when a compound becomes this popular. It is basically a wild west situation right now.
I wonder if this will actually change how these companies operate or if they will just find a new way to word their ads. Do you think the FDA can actually keep up with all these different platforms, or is the genie already out of the bottle?
