This article goes over some of the laboratory findings regarding how GHK-Cu affects fibroblasts and keratinocytes during dermal remodeling. It basically looks at the cellular pathways involved in collagen and glycosaminoglycan production.

The data on collagen synthesis seems solid, but I think it feels a bit narrow for people actually looking at systemic recovery. Most of this is focused on skin biology and surface level wound healing. While the mechanism for stimulating fibroblasts is interesting, I wonder if these specific pathways translate well to deeper structural repairs like tendon remodeling or ligamentous tissue. For me, the skin results seemed pretty clear in my own experience, but I am always skeptical when lab findings on cultured cells are used to imply much larger physiological effects.

Does anyone here use GHK-Cu specifically for deeper connective tissue issues rather than just skin or superficial wounds? I am curious if you noticed any difference in joint stiffness or tendon tension when adding it to a stack... Fwiw.
