Came across this NY Post piece claiming a longevity doctor's top 3 peptides for living longer. Sounds familiar, have seen similar threads on here about TB-500, BPC-157, and the usual suspects. The article flags that these aren't FDA-approved and are mostly coming from grey-market suppliers in Southeast Asia, which tracks with what I've noticed in local biohacking circles. Personally, I've tried a couple of research peptides here and there, and while some seemed to help with recovery, I'm always wary of the dose purity and long-term safety data. The "3 peptides" angle feels like clickbait, longevity isn't usually that simple, especially without bloodwork or a doctor who actually understands this space. What bothers me is how casually the piece tosses around "live longer" without grappling with the regulatory gray area or the real risk of bunk products. Curious if anyone else has tried specific peptides for longevity and actually tracked something measurable, or if it's mostly anecdotal noise.
