Sustanon 250 bloodwork spikes, hematocrit and lipids

I started looking into some bloodwork after a recent stint with Sustanon 250. I was using a standard blend of those four esters (propionate, phenylpropionate, isocaproate, and decanoate) to try and keep my levels stable.

The staggered release was supposed to make things smooth, but it felt a bit unpredictable for me. My hematocrit came back higher than I expected. It was a bit of a jump from my baseline.

I also noticed my lipids were looking pretty rough. My HDL took a hit. It seems like the cardiovascular risk is a real thing with these blends if you arent careful.

Has anyone else dealt with these specific spikes? I am curious if the different half-lives across the esters make it harder to manage the blood pressure or the red blood cell count compared to a single ester.

I am thinking about getting more frequent labs done to see if I can catch the trend before it gets worse. If you have used this blend, how did you manage the monitoring? I am definitely leaning more towards caution now.
