BPC and TB-500 timing for a stubborn Achilles issue

Ngl i am struggling with this Achilles tendon stuff... It feels like it just wont budge no matter what i do with my PT. I have been trying to use the KLOW stack /peptides/klow-stack to see if i can speed up the tissue repair side of things since i have heard it helps with collagen and stuff.

For me it seems like the inflammation is mostly gone but that deep ache when i do calf raises is still there. I am currently doing the BPC-157 and KPV daily like the research suggests for that stack but i am curious about how people are timing the TB-500. I was thinking about doing it more frequently to help with the cell migration part but i dont wanna overdo it if the half life is short...

Does anyone else find that they need to time their injections around their rehab sessions? Like does it help to have it in your system right before you do your stretching or weighted work? Or is it better to just keep it on a steady schedule? I am also wondering if adding the oral BPC-157 arginate salt /peptides/bpc-157-oral might help with systemic stuff or if i should just stick to the injectables for a localized injury like this... Thanks...
