CagriSema titration: my nausea pattern & appetite changes

I started CagriSema 2.4 mg (cagrilintide + semaglutide) once a week about six weeks ago after a 10‑lb plateau on my solo semaglutide run. The first dose hit me hard – nausea for ~12 h, then a sharp drop in appetite that lasted the whole day. I logged HRV and it dipped from 50 ms to 42 ms that night, but my sleep latency actually went up slightly (from 12 min to 20 min). Bycăws the second week the nausea eased to a mild queasiness, and my HRV bounced back to 48 ms.

I’ve been weighing daily and the scale has been moving 1.2 lb down every week since week two. My satiety score on a 1‑10 scale went from 6 to 9. I’m keeping the injection at 2.4 mg, but if anyone had to step up to 3.6 mg or back down, what did the nausea curve look like? Also, any tips for minimizing the early post‑dose GI upset – I tried a light snack before injection but it didn’t help. Curious about your data.
