Nmn vs nr for nad+ levels

I have been playing around with my morning routine lately and i am curious what everyone else thinks about the nmn and nr debate. I have been using nmn at about 500mg a day for a few months now. For me, it seemed to help a bit with my afternoon energy slumps, but it is hard to tell if it is just the caffeine or the actual compound. I do not want to be a total skeptic, but it could just be placebo imo.

I am thinking about switching to nr for a bit just to see if there is a difference in how i feel. I have read that nr has a pretty well studied safety profile, which is always a plus. I am a bit worried about taking nmn too late in the day because i have noticed it can mess with my sleep if i do not take it early.

Does anyone here run both or just swap between them? I am also wondering if anyone has noticed any real difference in cognitive clarity between the two. I am not looking for a specific dose because i know everyone is different, but i would love to hear about your general experiences with these precursors. Thanks eh.
