Lipid changes and oxandrolone /peptides/oxandrolone?

I have been thinking about the cardiovascular side of using oxandrolone, and honestly, i think some people are too relaxed about the lipids? I used it a while back, and for me, it seemed to tank my hdl quite a bit. It is a mild compound, more or less, but the impact on cholesterol was more noticeable than i expected.

I noticed my energy was great, but my bloodwork showed that lipid disruption. Honestly, i think it is a mistake to run these without checking your blood every few weeks, no? For me, it felt like the hdl dropped almost immediately. I tried to manage it with more omega 3 and better diet, but the compound just does its thing.

Do you feel that the liver stress is also underestimated? I did not feel any pain, but the numbers moved. I think it is better to be cautious and keep the cycles short to avoid long term damage. Has anyone else seen a big drop in hdl even with low doses? I am curious if this is common or just my own experience ๐Ÿ”ฌ๐Ÿ‘€
