Anyone tried the Nootropic God stack for focus?

I have been reading a lot about the Nootropic God stack lately. It sounds absolutely mental to combine Semax, Selank, Dihexa, and Cerebrolysin all at once. The idea of hitting everything from BDNF to synaptogenesis seems a bit much for me to wrap my head around, but the theoretical benefits for mental clarity and focus look brilliant on paper.

I am a bit cautious about the complexity of it though. Mixing all those different mechanisms like GABA modulation from Selank with the HGF activation from Dihexa seems like a lot to manage. I am particularly wary about the Cerebrolysin part because of the IM injections and the potential for vivid dreams or headaches during the adjustment phase.

Has anyone here actually gone through a full cycle of this? I am curious if the focus gains actually feel that much more significant compared to just using something like Semax or NA Semax on its own. It seems like a massive jump in intensity. I would love to hear if anyone found it too overstimulating or if it actually felt like it lived up to the hype πŸ™‹.

  • patient_sauna: I have not tried this specific combination because it seems extremely aggressive to me. Mixing so many different pathways at once makes it very difficult to know what is actually working or what is causing a side effect. If you start feeling strange, you will not know if it is the Selank or the Dihexa causing the issue. For me, I have used Semax alone when I needed to focus on deep work and it seemed quite sufficient without the massive overhead. Adding Cerebrolysin sounds like a lot of logisti
  • gina150: I agree with you. When I track my data, I prefer one variable at a time. If I combined all those, my HRV and sleep logs would be useless because I could not pin down the cause of any spike. Semax alone seemed lekker for my focus, and adding three other compounds just feels like too much noise for the data.
  • busy_mobility: That is a spot on point about the HRV and sleep logs. I am the same way with my data, I reckon if I tried the whole stack at once I would be completely lost when trying to troubleshoot side effects. If you found Semax lekker on its own, did you find it actually helped with your stamina during work or was it just more of a mental buzz? πŸ™‹
  • busy_mobility: That is a fair point about the overhead. I reckon you hit the nail on the head regarding the side effects. If I end up with a massive headache, I wont know if its the Cerebrolysin or just the Dihexa kicking in. I have mostly stuck to Semax myself, but I was curious if the extra stuff actually moved the needle for deep work.
  • kenji_runs: Honestly i reckon thats the biggest issue. If something goes wrong you're just guessing. I've tried semax on its own and it seemed to help my focus, but i'm still skeptical about the rest of that stack. Do you have any actual citations showing that adding the other compounds actually improves deep work compared to just semax?
