BPC oral vs injectable for a dodgy tendon or just wasting my time?

I am currently dealing with a massive amount of pain in my wrist from some repetitive strain nonsense. It is making everything from typing to lifting a total nightmare. For what it is worth, I have been looking at the arginate salt version of BPC-157 to see if the oral stuff is actually worth the effort for systemic healing.
I know the oral formulation is meant to be stable and help with things like gut lining, but does anyone here actually use the oral version specifically for tendon or ligament repair? I am wondering if I should just stick to the standard injectable BPC-157 to get it straight to the site, or if the oral version is decent enough to handle the inflammation too.
I am not looking for a specific dose or anything, just curious if anyone has found the oral salt form to be as class as the injections for actual injury recovery. Or am I just being a clown and should just go straight to the needles? It seems like a lot of extra work if the potency is significantly lower for localized stuff.
