BPC oral vs TB4-Frag for a dodgy ankle or just a waste of money?

My ankle is absolutely knackered from a bad landing during training last week. It is one of those nagging joint issues that just refuses to settle down no matter how much I rest it. For what it is worth, I have been debating whether to just stick to the oral BPC-157 arginate salt or if I should bother with the TB4-Frag.
I have used the oral BPC-157 before for some gut issues and it seemed fine, but I am not sure if it is enough for a proper ligament tweak. I was reading up on TB4-Frag /peptides/tb4-fragment and the idea of better tissue penetration sounds class for a joint issue, but I am always wary of adding more stuff to the mix if it is not going to do much.
Has anyone actually tried using the TB4-Frag specifically for joint or tendon stuff rather than just general wound healing? I am wondering if the smaller size actually makes a difference for something like an ankle, or if I am just overthinking it and should just stick to a standard BPC protocol.
