Using LL-37 for a stubborn skin ulcer or just stick to BPC-157?

I have this small skin ulcer on my shin that basically refuses to close. It is not a deep wound, but it has been there for weeks and the skin around it looks very stagnant. I have been using BPC-157 /peptides/bpc-157 to help with general recovery, but for this specific spot, I feel it is not doing enough.

I was reading about LL-37 /peptides/ll-37 and how it helps with re-epithelialization and biofilm disruption. Since it is an antimicrobial peptide, it seems like it would be better for a surface wound that is just stuck, no?

For me, BPC-157 seemed to work great for my tendons, but skin is different. I am wondering if anyone here has combined the two or if LL-37 is better as a standalone for this kind of thing. Would it be too much to use both at the same time, or could that actually speed up the process? I just want to avoid any weird inflammatory reactions on the skin. What do you think, right?
