Bpc-157 oral vs injectable for tendon issues

I have been dealing with a nagging shoulder thing for a while now and honestly i am a bit stuck on the best way to run bpc-157. I have used the injectable version before and it seemed to help with the inflammation, but the constant pinning is a bit of a chore.
I am looking at the oral arginate salt version /peptides/bpc-157-oral because it is just so much easier. Does anyone reckon the systemic effect is actually enough for a joint injury, or is it mostly just for gut stuff? I have seen some talk about the oral version being less potent for tendons but i cannot find any decent citations to back that up.
If you have switched from injectable to oral for a specific injury, did you notice a difference in how fast things healed or did it feel the same? I am keen to avoid the needles if i can but i do not want to waste my time if it is not going to do much for the shoulder.
