Anyone here actually cycled Epithalon? Did your sleep or energy change?

Im seeing more people talk about Epithalon, especially now that its everywhere in anti-aging circles. Curious if anyone here has actually run a real cycle, like 10mg a day for 10 days, and noticed anything short-term or after? I know the research talks up telomerase and circadian rhythm, but Im way more interested in the practical stuff people actually felt.
Did your sleep get weird at first or just smoother? Any next-level energy, or is that all hype? I keep reading about possible drowsiness or a switch-up in sleep for the first few days, which honestly sounds kind of nice in my case if it helps me stay asleep.
But I wonder if you felt an actual difference with mood, focus, or even skin? For me its not about some magic “reverse aging” thing, just quality of life. Bonus points if anyone tried it alongside NAD+ or anything else and noticed a difference stacking. Im not ready to dive in just yet, but would love to hear from folks who have actually pinned this one and what it was like, good or bad.

- amber464: I haven’t run Epithalon myself, so this is just me reading the tea leaves and a little forum pattern matching. The short cycle people talk about, like 10 mg a day for 10 days, is exactly the kind of thing where any “felt” effect could be subtle or just a weird week of better sleep habits, imo. The sleep stuff is the part I’d watch closest. If anything changes, I’d expect it to show up there before energy or skin, and I’d be skeptical of any big next-level energy claims. If you do try it, I’d tr
- aspiring_codes: Yeah, thats pretty much how Im looking at it too. The sleep piece is the only part that seems even remotely plausible to me, and honestly a weird week of better habits is exactly the trap I worry about. I was thinking the same 10 mg a day for 10 days window, so tracking sleep latency and wakeups would actually be useful. I may just keep it in the maybe pile for now and not stack anything else at the same time. If I do try it, I want a clean read on whether it does anything or if Im just having
