Confused about GHRP‑6 vs Ipamorelin – which suits an older trainee?

I started out with GHRP‑6 a year ago, just to see if the extra GH could help with my recovery from weekly trail runs. The results were spot on in terms of muscle repair, but the appetite surge was huge – I’d finish a full meal, then still feel famished. I also noticed a body‑weight gain from water retention and a slight cortisol spike.
After a few months, I swapped to Ipamorelin as it promised a cleaner profile. The sleep improved, hunger stayed mild, and I still saw the same GH release. I’m now thinking about a small stack: Ipamorelin twice daily with a low‑dose growth hormone or BPC‑157 for joint support.
Does anyone have experience with long‑term use of Ipamorelin in a similar age group? I’d love to hear how you’ve balanced appetite, rest, and recovery.
