mild liver enzyme rise after low‑dose yk‑11, any tips?

i started a 5 mg daily yk‑11 cycle a month ago, hoping for a little extra hardening after my regular training. i took it oral with food, split morning and evening, and kept my protein high. after two weeks i felt a bit more fatigue than usual and noticed a slight yellowish tint in my skin, nothing dramatic but enough to worry.

i got a cheap liver panel at a local lab (ALT 62, AST 58, normal range up to 40) and the doctor said it was mild elevation, probably from the supplement. i stopped the yk‑11 for a few days, kept the same diet, and the enzymes dropped back to near normal after a week. i didn’t notice any joint dryness or hair shedding, just the liver thing.

fwiw, i’m not taking any other hepatotoxic substances, just a multivitamin and occasional ibuprofen. does anyone have experience with liver stress on yk‑11 at this dose, or suggestions for safer dosing or protective supplements?
