Trying low-dose rapamycin weekly – any sleep changes?

I started taking 3mg of rapamycin once a week a few days ago, timed it with my sleep routine. Noticed I’ve been drifting off a bit faster at night, like my brain’s less wired. Could just be placebo, but it’s something.
Also, my energy feels a tad smoother during the day, not that "crashy" thing I’ve had with other stuff. I’m tracking my sleep and energy logs, but I’m not expecting miracles. IMHO, if it’s working, it’s subtle.
For reference, I’ve read about autophagy upregulation and metabolic tweaks, but personal experience is all I’ve got here. Y’all who’ve tried this, did sleep or recovery shift for you? Would posted questions be helpful?
