thoughts on combining cjc-1295 and ipamorelin for recovery

i have been running a cjc-1295 and ipamorelin stack for a few months now to help with my sleep and overall recovery. i usually do 100 mcg of each, five days on and two days off, injected right before bed. for me, it seemed to make a big difference in my deep sleep, though i suspect some of that could just be placebo since i was also cleaning up my diet at the same time.
i am thinking about adjusting the timing or maybe adding something else, but i am always a bit paranoid about the long term safety when it comes to gh peptides. i really hate the idea of messing with my natural pulses too much without a solid reason.
does anyone here have a protocol they swear by for longevity rather than just muscle gain? i am more interested in skin quality and energy levels than getting huge lah. i would love to see if anyone has actual data or a study that shows a better way to time these doses to avoid the lethargy some people get. if you have a specific stack that worked for you, let me know, but please tell me why you chose those doses.
