How do I reconstitute HCG safely for the first time?

I'm new to all this and just got my first vial of HCG for TRT. I know I need water for injection, but I'm not sure about the exact steps. 9 % saline?
If so, how many millilitres should I add to a 500‑IU vial? Also, how do I mix it without making bubbles, and how long can I keep the solution after reconstitution? I read that you should keep it in the fridge, but I'm not sure if I can store it in a standard fridge or need a cooler.
Another thing – what is the best way to measure an injection of, say, 750 IU? Do I use a syringe’s volume marking or something else? I'm a bit nervous about injection techniques – should I use a 30‑gauge needle and rotate the site?
Any simple checklist or step‑by‑step guide would be ace. And if I accidentally over‑inject or get a bad mix, what should I do? Cheers for the pointers!
