Hey folks, I’ve been tweaking my recovery protocol after a tough 12‑week HIIT phase. I’m running a GLOW stack with a KPV add‑on: 200 mcg GHK‑Cu + 500 mcg BPC‑157 + 2.5 mg TB‑500. I’m injecting GHK‑Cu & BPC‑157 daily, TB‑500 twice a week, and adding 500 mcg KPV each morning with the GHK‑Cu dose. I reconstitute the BPC and TB in 1 mL 0.9% saline, so each dose is about 70 µL. The idea is to keep the anti‑inflammatory kick from KPV on board while letting TB‑500 handle the systemic actin up‑regulation.

For the past month, I’ve felt less soreness, a quicker return to baseline flex ერთ, and my skin looks a bit calmer after workouts. Does anyone know if the 2‑3x weekly TB schedule is optimal, or should I bump it to zone‑3 frequency? Also, any tips on staggered timing, maybe TB with breakfast, GHK at night?
