Looking for feedback on BPC-157 + TB-500 + low-dose GHK-Cu stack for tendon rehab

5mg twice a week (Mon/Thu) for the past six weeks on a nagging patellar tendon issue. For me it seemed to help with stiffness after lifting, though I can’t rule out placebo or just consistent rehab work. I’m thinking about adding a low dose of GHK-Cu around 200mcg a few times a week to see if it might support collagen remodeling, based on what I read about its skin and connective tissue effects.
I’m not sure about the best timing though, should I inject GHK-Cu on the same days as TB-500, or separate it? 1ml, but I’m fuzzy on the math for a 200mcg dose. Anybody tried a similar combo or have thoughts on cycle length and safety checks?
Would love to hear your experiences or any citations you’ve come across. right?

- elle774: I’ve tried a similar mix for my own knee stiffness – TB‑500 5 mg twice a week and BPC‑157 same days, then added GHK Failure‑Cu 200 mcg a couple of times a week. I didn’t inject them on the identical day; I gave a 12‑hour gap, just to see if timing mattered. For the dose, 200 mcg in a 1 ml vial means you need to dilute the vial to 1 ml total volume, then draw 0.2 ml. I found the 200 mcg dose felt mild on its own, so I didn’t notice extra soreness. I usually check the injection site a week later

Also you said you check the site a week later; Piemonte – what signs would prompt you to cut back after two weeks? 2 ml draw – do you just pull that from a 1 ml vial or dilute first? I’m still a bit fuzzy on that math.
- luis_b: Agree with the 12-hour gap, seems smart to avoid compounding irritation. For the 200mcg dose, 0.2ml from a 1ml vial checks out. I’ll space mine the same way, just in case. 🙋
