BPC-157 oral gut formula any nausea or bowel changes?

I started the BPC-157 oral gut formula about two weeks ago hoping to help with some lingering stomach discomfort from old injuries. I’m taking 500 mcg twice a day on an empty stomach as the label suggests. Not gonna lie the first few days I felt a light queasy feeling in the morning that passed after I ate breakfast.

It wasn’t bad enough to stop but it was noticeable. After about a week the nausea faded but I noticed my bowel movements got a little looser than usual, not diarrhea just softer stools. I’m wondering if anyone else ran into similar mild GI stuff when they started the oral version. Does taking it with a small snack help reduce the nausea without hurting the absorption?
