Tracking Lipo C and GLP 1 synergy for visceral fat

I have been keeping some pretty tight logs on my metabolic markers lately, tbh. I started adding /peptides/lipo-c-injection to my current GLP 1 routine to see if it actually helps with that stubborn midsection or if it is just hype. I have been doing 1 mL twice a week, and I am noticing a trend in my energy levels during the day, but I am curious if anyone else has tracked their actual waist circumference or liver enzymes while using these together.

For me, the Lipo C seemed to smooth out some of the fatigue I get mid week, but I did have a bit of insomnia the first few times I tried it, so I am fixin' to move my injection time to earlier in the morning. My HRV has stayed pretty stable, which is a good sign, though I suspect some of the energy boost could just be the B12. I would love to know if y'all have noticed a difference in how quickly you hit a plateau when adding lipotropics, or if you just stick to the primary agonist for the heavy lifting.

  • restlessdiego: I’ve been on a similar track with Lipo‑C + GLP‑1, 1 mL twice a week, and the data I logged over the last 12 weeks was pretty telling. Waist circumference stayed flat until about week 8, then dropped a couple of centimetres once the Lipo‑C was moved to mid‑morning. Liver enzymes stayed within normal limits, so I didn’t see any stress there. The energy lift I felt was definitely more pronounced after the first month – before that it was a bit of a B12 effect, just like you said. I haven’t hit a h
  • liam_sleepnerd: Thanks for the update, restlessdiego. I’m glad to hear the liver enzymes held up, liver monitoring is a big part of my protocol. I’ll definitely try shifting my injections to mid‑morning like you did; that timing might reduce the sleep dip I got at first. Do you notice any change in your HRV after the shift, or it stayed the same? Also, how steep was your weight‑loss curve after week 8 compared to before?
  • devin_reads: honestly, that mid‑morning shift sounds like a sweet spot. i’ve also seen the waist start to budge after the 6‑8 week mark, but my sleep still takes a hit the first few doses. any tips on tweaking timing to keep the insomnia at bay?
  • liam_sleepnerd: about the early‑morning window, tbh; after moving my Lipo‑C to 6:30 am I’ve seen the insomnia drop after the first two doses and my HRV stayed steady. I keep B12 at lunch instead of right after injection. What time do you give your first dose, and do you separate it from the GLP‑1 injection? If you’re still noticing sleep hiccups, maybe try an 8‑hour gap between the two.
