Questions on the Immortality Stack and FOXO4-DRI

I have been looking into the /peptides/immortality-stack and it seems like a lot to take on at once. Not gonna lie, the idea of clearing out senescent cells with FOXO4-DRI sounds great, but the flu-like symptoms mentioned in the description have me a bit worried. I am not looking to feel sick for a few weeks just to maybe feel younger.

I am curious if anyone here has actually tried combining FOXO4-DRI with things like Epithalon or NAD+. Does the fatigue from the senolytic effect hit hard, or is it more of a mild thing? I am really trying to optimize my energy and general longevity, but I am new to these specific combinations and do not want to mess up my recovery.

Also, if you have used this stack, did you notice any changes in your skin or sleep? I have had some success with a GHK serum before, so I am wondering if this full approach actually does something more. I would appreciate any personal experiences or tips on how to stagger these. Thanks for the help.

  • optimizedsean: Honestly, I’ve tried stacking FOXO4-DRI with NAD+ before, and yeah, the flu symptoms hit harder than alone. For me, it was a low-grade fever and fatigue for about a week, felt like a mild cold. Staggering it helped: take NAD+ first thing in the morning, FOXO4-DRI later at night. Epithalon’s timing didn’t seem to clash, but I spaced them out by a few hours. Skin? Not much change from GHK serum alone, but sleep did get a bit lighter for me. If you’re sensitive, start with lower doses and track s
  • brandon245: Thanks for the clear rundown. I’ll start by taking my NAD+ in the morning and FOXO4ominations at night like you suggest. I’m curious, what doses did you use to keep the mild fever under control? And did the lighter sleep persist long enough to feel noticeably better?
  • aspiring_codes: I totally get it. I’ve stacked FOXO4‑DRI with NAD+ too and stuck to the staggered timing you mentioned. The flu‑like stuff hit around 48–72 hrs, so I just took it easy and rested more. I also kept an eye on blood pressure. How did you handle the night dose? 🌿
  • brandon245: Thanks for the heads-up on the 48-72 hour flu window, sounds brutal. I didn’t mention a night dose because I haven’t tried that yet. How bad did the night dose make you feel? I’m keeping it slow with just the morning dose for now, but your comment made me wonder if splitting it up would help. Any tips on timing the NAD+ with the DRI to ease the symptoms?
