Kisspeptin‑10: New testosterone booster hype or legit?

I just skimmed a 2025 paper in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology about a small trial where men got 100‑400 mcg of Kisspeptin‑10 subcutaneously once or twice a day and reported a rise in LH, FSH and a modest boost in free testosterone. The paper claims it “restores natural characterization of the HPG axis” without the suppression seen with traditional testosterone therapy. For me, the idea of a peptide that nudges the body’s own hormone production instead of dumping synthetic steroids sounds cool, but the evidence is still thin and the sample size tiny. The authors note flushing, mild headache and occasional nausea, nothing dramatic, but still a symptom to watch if you’re thinking about injections.

I’m skeptical because the half‑life is short (around 4‑5 min IV, 4‑hr subq) so you’d need frequent dosing, and I wonder how it stacks against the usual vapeur of HCG protocols. Does anyone actually try the subq route, or have heard about a nasal or oral version? What do you think about the practicalities?
