Mazdutide first dose nerves, does nausea get better after the first few weeks?

I’m gearing up to try mazdutide for the first time (for a bit of weight management and to hopefully shift some stubborn body fat). I’ve read that the side effects, especially nausea and appetite loss, can be pretty rough for some people in the start. For anyone else who’s taken it, did you find the nausea faded with time, or did it linger?

I know it’s a once-weekly injection, and my plan is to start at the low end (3 mg) and keep my food pretty bland for the first week, just in case. What actually helped for you if you felt sick in those early days? Did eating smaller meals make a difference, or was it just down to waiting it out?

Would appreciate any real-world experiences or practical tips. Not looking for miracle stories, just honest advice. I want to be prepared and not bail too soon if the first week is tough. Thanks for any pointers from those a bit further ahead on this one.
