How should I reconstitute and dose Teriparatide for bone health?

I’m new to peptides and have been reading about teriparatide after a friend mentioned it helped his recovery from a stress fracture. From what I gather it’s a 20 µg daily sub‑Q injection, but I’m not sure how to actually prepare it. The vial I ordered arrived as a lyophilised powder, and the instructions say to use bacteriological water.

Do I need to dissolve the whole vial at once or just enough for a few days? How many units of water per vial is typical, and what’s the best way to pull an accurate 20 µg dose – a U‑100 insulin syringe or a tuberculin syringe? Also, should I take it on an empty stomach or with food, and is it okay to rotate injection sites daily? I’ve heard dizziness can be an issue; any tips on minimising that?

I’m keen to start safely, so any practical advice on reconstitution, storage and basic injection technique would be brilliant. 🌱
