How should I reconstitute and dose GHRP‑2 for my first cycle?

I’m new to peptides and have been reading up on GHRP‑2 for recovery and sleep support. The dosing range I’ve seen is 100‑300 µg, 2‑3 times a day, but I’m not sure how to actually prepare the vial. I have a 2 mg lyophilised powder and a 1 ml bacteriostatic water ampoule. Should I add the whole ampoule at once and then draw up 0.1 ml for a 200 µg dose, or is it better to make a more concentrated stock and dilute further?

Also, I’m unclear on the timing. Some posts suggest taking it before bed, others after training. For my schedule – gym in the evenings and a regular 9 pm bedtime – what timing would be most sensible to get the sleep benefit without interfering with my workout?
