How do I reconstitute PEG‑MGF and work out a starter dose for weekly recovery?

I’ve been reading about PEG‑MGF for muscle repair and the typical dose of 100‑200 µg two to three times a week. This is my first time handling a peptide, so I’m not sure about the basics – how much bacteriostatic water to use, how to shake it, and how to calculate the concentration for an easy injection volume.
Do most people start with 1 ml of water for a 2 mg vial, or is a smaller volume better to avoid dilution errors? Also, is it common to draw up a 0.1 ml syringe for a 100 µg dose, or do you prefer a larger volume and then split the dose?
I’m keen to keep the injection site comfortable and avoid excess soreness, so any tips on best practices for reconstitution, storage (refrigeration vs freezer), and timing of the dose around training would be appreciated. 🌱
Thanks in advance for any simple step‑by‑step guidance.
