Trying a short Vesugen course for vascular health – any tips?

Not gonna lie, I’ve been reading up on the Khavinson bioregulators and decided to give Vesugen a go after spotting it mentioned in a longevity thread. I’m a 42‑year‑old ex‑firefighter, so I’ve got a bit of a history with high blood pressure and occasional leg cramps after long shifts. I started with one capsule a day for two weeks, then added a short injectable burst (0.5 ml subQ every other day) for a week, based on the typical short‑course advice.

For me the first week I felt a slight warmth in my calves, like better blood flow, and the occasional cramp seemed less intense. By the end of the second week my resting heart rate dropped a couple of beats and I slept a touch deeper – though I’m not sure if it was the peptide or just cutting back on coffee. I did get a mild injection site sting that faded quickly.

Anyone else done a Vesugen run? Curious about optimal length, dosing tweaks, or if you saw any longer‑term changes in circulation or skin tone.
