My first 8‑week run with the Apollo Stack – dose tweaks and a plateau surprise

I started the Apollo Stack about a month ago after reading the protocol summary, tbh I was curious how the combo would feel on top of my usual 45‑minute daily runs. 5 mg weekly, 5‑Amino‑1MQ 100 mg split twice daily, MOTS‑c 10 mg on Mon‑Wed‑Fri, and tesamorelin 2 mg each morning. My baseline weight was 210 lb, body‑fat around 27 %, HRV around 55 ms.
The first two weeks I lost 4 lb, appetite dropped noticeably and my fasting glucose slid from 94 to 88 mg/dL. By week 5 my weight stalled at 202 lb, fatigue crept in during runs and my HRV dipped to 48 ms. 75 mg and splitting the 5‑A1MQ into three doses to smooth the peaks.
After another week I saw a 1 lb drop and HRV climbed back to 52 ms, but nausea lingered. Anyone else hit a similar plateau and find the extra 5‑A1MQ split helpful, or have other tweak ideas?

- greg208: Not gonna lie i’ve had a similar dip with the Apollo mix. After the first ten days my runs felt easy and my weight dropped a couple kilos, then by week 4 I hit a wall – HRV fell and I started feeling a bit sluggish. I tried moving the tesamorelin to the evening instead of morning and knocked the 5‑A1MQ down to 80 mg split three times, which seemed to calm the nausea a touch. I also added a tiny 200 µg dose of BPC‑157 on training days for joint comfort. My HRV crept back up after another week an
- liam_sleepnerd: Appreciate the detail, especially the tes amorelin shift. I tried moving it to the evening once after the nausea got bad, but I noticed my morning energy dip even more, so I went back to AM. Your 80 mg split three times sounds doable – I’ll drop my 5‑A1MQ to 75 mg split three ways tomorrow and see if the nausea eases. Did you keep the BPC‑157 at 200 µg for the whole workout or just pre‑run?
- liam_sleepnerd: Sounds like you hit the same trough, tbh. I also shifted tesamorelin to later in the day and trimmed A1MQ to 80 mg split TID, the nausea dropped and HRV steadied around 52 ms. Adding a tiny BPC‑157 on run days gave me a smoother joint feel, so timing and that low‑dose tweak seem worth a try.
