Tingling and mild water retention after starting low‑dose Ipamorelin

I’ve been on 150 mcg of Ipamorelin nightly for about three weeks now, timing the injection about 30 minutes before bed. The sleep boost was noticeable – I fell asleep faster and got deeper REM – but I started seeing a weird tingling in my fingers and a slight puffiness around my ankles by the end of the first week.

The tingling feels like a mild prickling, mostly in the tips of my index and middle fingers, and it’s gone by morning. It’s not painful, just odd. The ankle swelling is subtle, like a shoe‑size tighter after a day of standing, and it eases after a short walk. I’ve read that mild water retention and tingling can happen with GH secretagogues, but I’m not sure if it’s the dose or the timing.

Has anyone else seen this with Ipamorelin? Would cutting the dose to 100 mcg or moving the injection to earlier in the evening help? I’ve kept an eye on my weight and blood pressure – both stable so far. Just looking for any tips on reducing the tingling and swelling without losing the sleep benefit.
