Trying NA‑Selank for calm focus – my 2‑week log

I started NA‑Selank about two weeks ago because I was looking for something to take the edge off work‑related anxiety without feeling sluggish. I used the nasal spray, 300 mcg twice a day, morning and early afternoon. The first few days I felt a slight tightness in my nostrils but it went away after I rinsed with saline.

By day four I noticed my mind felt quieter when I sat down to write; I wasn’t racing through thoughts as much and I could stay on a paragraph longer before getting distracted. Mood wise I felt a bit steadier, less irritable when deadlines loomed. I didn’t get any sedation, just a gentle calm.

On day ten I tried a third dose in the evening and woke up a little groggy, so I dropped back to twice daily. No headaches or vivid dreams. Overall it’s been a smooth addition to my stack, and I’m thinking of pairing it with a low dose of Semax for focus on heavy writing days. Would love to hear if others have tried the amidate version and how it compared.
