My 3‑week Adamax + Selank trial – focus boost or just nasal irritation?

I started a low‑dose Adamax/Selank combo about three weeks ago after reading a few threads on the God Stack. I was looking for a clean focus lift without the jitter of caffeine. 5 mg twice a day and added Selank 400 µg once in the morning.
First two days I felt a mild brain fog that cleared by day 3, then I noticed a steadier attention span during my writing sprints. Tasks that normally took an hour felt like 45 minutes. Mood was a touch brighter, not hyper, just a subtle calm.
The main downside was a slight burning sensation in the nose after each Adamax spray; it faded after a week. I did get a light headache on day 5, which went away with a bit more water. No insomnia or irritability so far. Curious if anyone else saw similar focus gains or had tips to ease the nasal irritation.

My focus bump was real enough – I could sit through longer coding blocks without the usual dip around the 30‑minute mark, and my error rate dropped a bit. The nasal burn was also there for me, but I found two tricks helped. First, I let the spray warm to room temp for a few minutes before dosing; the sting was noticeably milder. Second, I switched to a saline‑based nasal rinse (half‑strength) once a day, which seemed to keep the
