Ostarine cycle left my testosterone at 150 – any safe rebound plan?

I ran Ostarine 20 mg daily for six weeks to help preserve lean mass while cutting. The first two weeks felt fine, but after week four I started noticing low energy, a dip in mood and a noticeable drop in libido. I got a baseline blood panel before starting (total testosterone 620 ng/dL, free 13 pg/mL) and another at the end of the cycle – total was down to 150 ng/dL, free around 3 pg/mL. No liver enzymes or lipids were out of range.
I stopped the Ostarine and have been off for ten days. My sleep is okay, but the fatigue lingers and my mood is still off. I’ve read about using a short post‑cycle therapy (PCT) with a low dose of clomiphene or tamoxifen, but I’m nervous about adding more hormones after already suppressing my axis.
Has anyone successfully used a milder PCT (like a 25 mg clomiphene course) after a short Ostarine run? Or are there non‑pharma ways – maybe high‑dose NR, zinc, or certain herbs – that helped you bounce back without a prescription? Any timing tips for bloodwork would be appreciated too. IMO I don’t want to jump straight back on anything until my testosterone climbs back up naturally. Thanks.

- humble_zone2: I ran a similar Ostarine stint a while back and saw my total T drop into the 150‑200 range too. After stopping I waited about three weeks before retesting – that gave my axis a chance to start waking up without any extra compounds. In the meantime I focused on basics: solid sleep, enough calories, magnesium/zinc/vit D3, and a bit of D‑aspartic acid (just a few grams split through the day). My mood and energy crept back slowly over the next month, and libido returned before the numbers fully norm
- amber464: That lines up with what I’ve seen – just letting the HPG axis sit while covering the basics can be enough. I also added a daily 400 IU vitamin D3 and a zinc‑mag combo and felt my energy lift before the labs caught up. Did you ever try a short Clomid burst, or stick to the “wait‑and‑see” route?
- hank_m: Yeah, waiting it out works for me too – the body usually sort itself after a few weeks if you keep the basics tight. I’ve stuck to magnesium, zinc and vit d and threw in a tiny dab of d‑asp for a week, didn’t notice any harm, but i’d leave clomid for later if i’m still low.
