Trying na‑selank amidate for steady focus and low‑key anxiety relief

I’ve been playing with na‑selank amidate for about three weeks now, dosing 400 mcg in the morning and another 300 mcg around lunch, both intranasally, tbh it felt pretty easy to fit into my work routine and the spray doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste. The first couple of days i noticed a subtle calm that let me sit through long writing blocks without the usual edge, and by day four my focus felt a bit sharper, i could read research papers for an hour straight without the mind‑wandering that normally hits me after fifteen minutes. I also tried pairing it with a low dose of na‑semax (around 250 mcg in the evening) to see if the BDNF boost would add any extra clarity, and honestly the combo gave me a mild lift in mental stamina but i had to push the semax dose earlier – around 6 pm – otherwise i’d stay up too late.
The only downside so far is a mild nasal tickle after each spray, which clears after a few minutes, and i haven’t noticed any headache or drowsiness. Would love to hear if anyone else stacks these two amidates and how they tweak timing.
