Trying na‑selank amidate for calm focus during my writing sprints

I’ve been dabbling with a few nasal peptides for a while now and tbh the last month i decided to give na‑selank amidate a proper go because the regular selank spray was kinda hit‑or‑miss on my days when the anxiety spikes. I started with about 300 mcg each morning before I sit down at the laptop and then a half dose around 2 pm if the brain starts to wander. The first couple of days i felt a mild warmth in the nose and a faint head‑pressure that cleared after a few minutes, nothing dramatic.
By day three i noticed my usual mid‑afternoon slump was less sharp – i could keep typing without that jittery edge i get from caffeine alone and the background noise felt less intrusive. Mood stayed even, a sort of quiet confidence that didn’t feel sedated. I did get a slight headache on day five, which faded when i cut the second dose down a bit.
Overall it’s been sweet as for calm focus, but i’m still keeping an eye on any long‑term nasal irritation, so i’ll probably rotate with a weekend break. Anyone else using amidate or similar for steady work sessions?
