Trying oral BPC‑157 for my patellar tendonitis – dosing timing around PT?

Hey all, tbh I’ve been dealing with a stubborn patellar tendon ache for about three months now. PT sessions three times a week help a bit, but the soreness spikes after the first couple of days post‑workout and never fully fades. I read a bit about the oral BPC‑157 arginate salt (500 µg‑1 mg, 1‑2 times daily) and thought maybe it could give my tendon some extra support without the injection hassle.

I’ve started 750 µg once in the morning with water and another 750 µg right after PT on the days I train. So far I’m noticing a slight reduction in the “tight” feeling by the second week, but I’m not sure if it’s the peptide or just my body adapting to the rehab load.

Anyone using oral BPC‑157 for similar joint issues? How do you schedule doses around PT and workouts to avoid any weirdness? Also, any tips on the solvent – should I reconstitute in bacteriostatic water or acetic‑acid water for better absorption? 🦵👀
