Late‑day Lipo‑C gave me sleepless nights – any tips?

I’ve been doing the Lipo‑C (MIC + B12) twice a week for the past six weeks while on semaglutide. The first few injections were fine – a bit of mild nausea that cleared quickly. About three days into the third week I started taking the second weekly dose around 8 pm instead of earlier because my schedule got crazy. That night I was tossing for hours, heart racing a little, and felt “wired” even though I hadn’t had caffeine. The next morning I was foggy and irritated.
I switched the late injection to before 4 pm and the insomnia vanished, but I’m still getting a mild restlessness if I take it after lunch. Has anyone else seen this timing issue with the B12 component or the MIC mix? Any suggestions for mitigating the late‑day jitter without cutting the dose? I’m also wondering if a smaller split dose would help. Thanks.
