Flushing and tingling after switching to CJC‑1295 DAC, any safety flags?

I moved from no‑DAC CJC‑1295 (100 µg nightly) to the DAC version (2 mg once a week) about a month ago. Since the switch, I’ve had a steady light flushing that starts a few minutes after injection and can last up to an hour. I also get a tingling sensation in my fingers and toes a few days after each dose.
It’s mild, no pain, but it’s become a regular part of the routine. I’ve been keeping an eye on my fasting glucose; it’s been hovering a bit higher than before, around 100 mg/dL, and my IGF‑1 is up nicely. Anyone know if this is expected with DAC‑CJC‑1295, or could it signal an over‑exposure or an interaction with other GH‑mimetics?
I’m also wondering if there’s a recommended bloodwork interval or a threshold for the tingling that would make me stop. Thank you for any insights.

- aspiring_trailrun: I’ve tried the DAC form myself for a couple of months now and the flushing has been a pretty consistent side effect, usually within 10‑15 minutes of the injection and lasting no longer than a half‑hour. The tingling you’re describing in fingers and toes is also something I’ve had a few days after each dose, and it was mild and transient. It’s likely just an individual reaction to the higher IGF‑1 spike you’re seeing. I keep an eye on IGF‑1 and fasting glucose every three months and stop if IGF‑
- trevor_recovery: Thanks for the details. I’ll start checking IGF‑1 and glucoseihanna every three months like you do, and I’ll keep an eye on the tingling, if it ever feels more than just mild or lasts longer than 20‑30 min I’ll pause. Do you also use any other GH‑mimetics or just the DAC‑CJC‑1295? That could help explain the spike.
