How shifting Ipamorelin to bedtime changed my sleep and gains

I’ve been on Ipamorelin for about six months now, starting with a 2 mg dose each morning. I noticed that my early morning doses didn’t really help my endurance or recovery, and my sleep was often fragmented. After reading a few reports that the GH pulse is strongest during slow‑wave sleep, I switched my dose to a single 1.5 mgblocking right before bed. I used a standard 0.5 mg vial, diluted with a little saline, 30 minutes before lights out. For the first week I felt a mild “hangover” vibe in the morning, but my night‑time rest improved dramatically, no more waking up at 2 am. By week four my muscle soreness after hard sessions was noticeably less, and my body fat percentage seemed to drop slightly. I haven’t done formal body‑composition tests, but a tap‑weight and a quick skin‑fold check suggest a modest lean body gain.

I’m curious about saturation. I’ve heard the body might plateau if you push beyond a certain daily amount, but I’ve never tried a higher dose. Fwiw, do other users find a similar sleep benefit? Any anecdotal saturation observations?
