I started this GlyNAC log a month ago, 2000 mg glycine and 2000 mg NAC split into two doses, because i read the older‑adult trials that showed glutathione up, mitochondria boosted, and inflammation down. Within the first week i noticed a drop in that late‑night brain fog thatendphp keeps waking me up, and i was able to finish my sunrise run without that usual muscle ache. After week four i felt my recovery speed up, my sleep got deeper – i was sleeping through the night with no middle‑of‑night cravings, and my skin felt smoother, less dull, like i was losing the post‑workout puffiness from the cafe‑drinks.
