Semaglutide appetite is down, but my steps fell off too

I’ve noticed something kinda annoying on semaglutide. The appetite part is obvious, but for me the bigger issue has been that I just move less without realizing it. I’ll hit the same food noise relief, then look at my Fitbit and see my daily steps down a couple thousand, which is not exactly helping the fat-loss math.

At 1 mg, my hunger control felt like it stalled some too. Not gone, just less dramatic. I started paying more attention to the boring stuff, protein, water, and keeping a set walk after supper, because if I don’t, I can sit around all night and call it “being tired.”

I’m curious if anybody else sees that tradeoff where appetite drops but your non-exercise movement tanks. I feel like that part gets missed. If you’ve tracked it, did your weight loss keep moving once the novelty wore off, or did you have to titrate up and get stricter about steps?
