Nausea after starting Survodutide – any tips toomet it under control?

I began a Survodutide cycle last month at 2 mg once a week, aiming for weight loss and a bit of fat burning. The first few weeks were fine, but as I stepped up to 3 mg a week the nausea set in. It felt like a dull stomach ache that flared after meals and sometimes even at night, messing with my sleep.

I kept a simple diary – mealtimes, dose time, and intensity of the nausea on a scale 1‑10 – and noticed it peaking about 2–3 hours after injection. I tried spacing it out from my dinner, but the timing still caught me. I also wondered if my liver enzymes had spiked; I’m due for a liver panel next Friday.

I’ve seen a_that people use a small dose of ginger or a PPI like omeprazole after the shot with mixed results. Anyone else on Survodutide with a similar reaction? What did you do to keep it at a manageable level?

Also, did you check any bloodwork after the dose, or are you still waiting? Any practical tips for a UK user like me would be great.
