Trying GHK‑Cu Topical Serum: Skin & Energy Changes

I’m a brand‑new peptide user, started a 1‑2 ml bottle of GHK‑Cu serum (about 1‑3 mg/ml) on my face and neck, two times a day. After about three weeks my skin feels a touch firmer and I notice fewer fine lines, which is great. The serum is copper‑free on the bottle, but the body turns it into the copper‑bound form that’s supposed to boost collagen and elastin, so I think that’s why I see a difference.

What’s odd is that I’ve also felt a mild uptick in daytime alertness. I’m not sure if that’s a placebo or an effect of the peptide’s anti‑inflammatoryLogo with the skin cells, but the energy boost is real for me. No irritation, no redness, just a smooth finish.

Does anyone else notice a change in energy or sleep with GHK‑Cu? How long should I keep it on before switching or cycling? I’m only on the topical now, but I’ve heard about injectable doses too. Any tips from folks with more experience would be appreciated.

I think the absorption is mostly local, so any systemic effect is probably tiny unless you inject. I’ve kept it steady at two applications a day, no cycling yet, and i’m still waiting to see if skin changes plateau. If you’re wondering how long to keep it before changing it up, i jus
