BPC-157 after 6‑month Achilles tear – any advice on injection timing?

I tore my Achilles tendon about six months ago after a trail run in the Lake District. I’ve been doing PT, range‑of‑motion drills, and a light cross‑train routine, but the swelling and stiffness still linger. A colleague suggested I try BPC‑157, and I’ve been injecting 500 mcg once daily in the thigh, close to the injury site, mixing it with a little անմ.

For the first two weeks I noticed a mild nausea from the injection, but the swelling went down noticeably, and my calf feels less achy after a 20‑minute walk. I’ve been timing the injection in the morning before breakfast and the second dose in the evening after my cardio session. I’m wondering if that’s the optimal schedule, or if I should space them out differently or inject ræða the exact site? Also, would adding a TB‑500 injection twice a week boost the healing, or would it just add unnecessary inflammation? Any practical tips on timing around the rehab programme would be great.
