KLOW Stack for Post‑Workout Recovery – My 4‑Week Protocol, seeking feedback

Posted by sarah_c in Protocols & Stacks - 1 points, 1 comments.

I’ve been running a 4‑week KLOW stack to help with soreness and skin recovery after heavy lifting. 5 mg. 5  of TB‑500 in that 1 ml.

I inject GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157 every morning and evening (8 am and 8 pm) and TB‑500 twice a week on alternate days (Mon and Thu). I keep the TB‑500 injections on the same leg to avoid crossing over injury sites. I’ve seen the usual mild flushing after GHK‑Cu and a slight injection‑site irritation, but no fatigue.

I’m wondering if the TB‑500 frequency could be increased to 3x/week for better joint support, or if the morning/evening split for the daily peptides is optimal. Any thoughts on timing or additional tweaks? Fwiw, the protocol has kept my skin looking fresh and my recoveries quicker.

  • hank_m: Tbh the cadence you’re using feels solid for most people, but I’ve found a tiny tweak that helped my own recovery rhythm a bit. I started injecting TB‑500 on Wednesdays too, keeping it on the same leg when it was painful, and I noticed the joint stiffness after my deadlift week cut down from a couple of days to a single day. The morning/evening split for GHK‑Cu and BPC‑157 works well for skin, but if you’re looking for a sharper post‑lift “refill” feel, moving the 8 pm BPC‑157 to 10 pm sometimes
